Spanish estate agent — if you request help renting or buying property in Spain, we'll pass on your enquiry details, with your consent, so they can contact you directly. They will handle your data under their own privacy policy once introduced.
Resorts and venue partners — for bespoke holidays, retreats, and events, we share the booking and any relevant health/dietary/mobility information with the resort or venue so they can accommodate your stay.
Transport providers — coach operators (UK) and airport transfer providers (Spain) receive the information needed to arrange your pickup and drop-off (e.g. name, contact number, pickup point, flight details where relevant).
Payment processors — to take payment for bookings, we use a third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details ourselves.
Analytics providers — such as Google Analytics, to help us understand how the site is used.

Legal/regulatory bodies — where we're required to by law.

We only share what's needed for the purpose, and only after you've asked us to make an introduction or confirmed a booking.
